- Federal Bonding Program issues fidelity bonds which are business insurance policies that provide protection to employers hiring formerly incarcerated individuals against theft, forgery, larceny, or embezzlement.
- Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) - federal tax credit for employers who hire ex-felons within one year of their release
- Workforce Job Training may offset some of the initial expense of employers hiring individuals whiling training them on the job.
